The city of Nanaimo BC has awarded Hazelwood Construction Services Inc. with a contract for the Caspers Way Utility and Transportation Upgrade.

The work consists of the installation of approximately 160lm of 200mm dia PVC
watermain, 180lm of 150mm dia sanitary sewer, 265lm of 300mm to 525mm dia storm sewer, concrete sidewalk, curb & gutter, asphalt paving, a multi-use path with retaining wall & walkway lighting.
