SCOPE OF THE WORK

Civil works for a new 51 lot subdivision on a 6 Hectare site in Nanoose Bay. Works include rock blasting, mas excavation and fill, installation of water, sani, storm, and hydro/tel utilities, concrete curbs, sidewalk and road paving. Work also involves expansion of stormwater management ponds in environmentally sensitive area.
