Roadworks, Landscaping and Utility construction required for modification of existing roadways (Vernon Avenue and Nigel Gate) and construction of a new roadway. (Nigel Avenue extension); including sanitary sewer (gravity/forcemain), water, drainage, electrical, lighting, landscaping, 3rd party Utility coordination & install, and retaining wall construction.
