Storm, water, electrical conduit and parking lot upgrades for the new Vancouver Island Ferry, the foot passenger ferry from Nanaimo’s cruise ship terminal to downtown Vancouver.

Revitalization and enlargement of Ucluelet’s Village Green, including drainage upgrades, walkways, irrigation and landscaping.

Sewage Liftstation completion for Union Bay Estates. Installation of Pumps, Electrical Kiosk and backup generator to complete the system already started under the Union Bay Estates subdivision project in 2021/2022. This project also includes some minor conduit work , the construction of 2 concrete pads, the installation of a yard light and wooden fence surrounding the Wetwell site to form a closed compound.

The project consists of reconstructing 4th Ave between Root St & White St, approximately 440m, which will also include vehicle parking, roundabout, and street lighting. The works include storm & sanitary sewer upgrades & extensions, watermain upgrades, associated appurtenances new services, curb & gutters, road and intersection reconstruction, sidewalks & street lights.

Drilling & Blasting, Utilities and Site Preparation for a 5-unit Townhouse complex.

Year 2 of a 3 year replacement program to upgrade aging steel penstock at Boralex’s Ocean Fall Hydroelectric project.

2023 work includes: demolition and removal of existing penstock piping and concrete blocks and the fabrication, supply and installation of prtecast concrete saddles, 120 ft of 12 ft diameter steel pipe and a cast in place concrete anchor block. Project involves barging, crane-work, welding , pipe coating , scaffolding and working in remote location on BC’s West coast.

New 6 Lot Industrial Subdivision in Errington BC. Construction includes approximately 100m of new MOTI road construction, 200m of upgrading existing roads, 180m of maintenance road, 120m of strata road. The project also includes some environmental upgrades including ditch blocks, redirection of existing ditches, vegetation removal and general cleanup of the existing approximately 25,000m2 detention pond with upgrades to the inlets and outlet.

Bamfield Main Road Surfacing Project, Grading and Signing Contract 1, 2 and 3. The work generally
consists of 76.5 km of road surfacing, drainage improvements, roadside guardrails and signage.

Construction of composting facility, including site prep, geosynthetics, structural gravel pads, tipping wall, concrete foundations, ponds and ditching.
