Site prep for the Tofino Wastewater Treatment Plant, including clearing and grubbing, stripping, drilling & blasting, engineered fills and pipe work (Sanitary forcemain, watermain, storm drains, mechanical piping and electrical conduit).

Recoating the existing steel access adit door to the power tunnel of the Cheakamus Water Passage which runs 10.8km feeding 2 x 2.7m diameter penstocks. The door is located ~ 220m from the surface access portal near the Shadow Lake intake structure.

Replacement of 1700 lm of storm water utility, (discharge outlets, mains, cbs, property services) followed by replacement of curbs , sidewalks , roads and landscaping. Project is located on Gorge Road West in Saanich, between Tillicum Road and Admirals Road.

Expansion of the Comox Valley Waste Management Centre Landfill. Excavation of over 500,000m3 to construct the new cell with associated geosynthetics, liners and leachate conveyance. Excavation of approximately 80,000m3 for the new leachate equalization pond with associated geosynthetics, liners and leachate conveyance.

Otter Point Road upgrade project includes a lane realignment, added/improved boulevard with new sidewalks, rock & mortar retaining walls, bike lanes, landscaping, streetlighting and upgrade in storm drain infrastructure. The road upgrade is approximately 360m in length, along Otter Point Road, extending from Sooke Road and Wadams Way.

The scope of work includes upgrading the existing overland drainage to underground storm sewers, installation of street lighting, as well as sanitary sewer and water main modifications. The project will also include surface works such as new curb and sidewalk, road widening with the addition of bike lanes, full depth asphalt resurfacing, and landscaping.

The work involves the construction of site servicing (earthworks, roadworks, sanitary sewer mains, storm drainage, service connections, street lighting, electrical ducting, and related work) for the above project. The project generally consists of approximately 200 lineal meters of new local road construction complete with curb, gutter, sidewalk, drainage, sewer, water, street lighting, Hydro, Tel, Cable and landscaping plus 320m of offsite sanitary sewer, in support of a 9 lot residential subdivision located at 3510 Wishart Road in Colwood BC.

Construction of the new Whaling Point Boat Launch located on the east coast of Vancouver Island, on the west shore of Saanich Inlet, and approximately 3km south of Mill Bay on Malahat IR 11. The scope of the overall project includes a boat launch and the rebuilding of an old log sort jetty and construction of an access road, turnaround, sidewalks, and a viewing platform with benches on the east side of Mill Bay Road. On the west side of the road, a parking area and sidewalks will be built directly across from the boat launch.

Roadworks, Landscaping and Utility construction required for modification of existing roadways (Vernon Avenue and Nigel Gate) and construction of a new roadway. (Nigel Avenue extension); including sanitary sewer (gravity/forcemain), water, drainage, electrical, lighting, landscaping, 3rd party Utility coordination & install, and retaining wall construction.

This project includes paved shoulder widening both sides of Highway 14 between Otter Point Road and Woodhaven Road. Milling and resurfacing, full Geotech repairs in various sections.
