Elevating “dip” on Hwy 19 just east of Campbell Way intersection to improve sight lines for vehicles turning into and out of Highway 19 & Campbell Way intersection. 456m of Highway resurfacing and drainage upgrades.
The works consist of the installation of 700lm of PVC (size 200mm, 300mm) watermains, 31x water service connections, 4x fire hydrants, 280lm of sanitary (200mm & 450mm) with 10x sani services, and storm drains, curbs (285ms concrete, 30ms asphalt) and sidewalks (460lm), asphaltic concrete paving (240te trailway, 310te roadway, 40te driveway), pedestrian bridge and electrical scope of work.
This project consists of upgrading the downtown core of Pemberton by providing new water services, pavement, curb and gutter, sidewalk, street lighting, landscaping, and a rainwater-fed irrigation system.
Concrete panel replacement/ Rehabilitation of Apron ll & Apron lll, Taxiway ‘C’, ‘F’, & ‘H’. Culvert replacements beneath Taxiway ‘C’ & ‘F’. Route and seal concrete cracks and joints, concrete milling, supply and place HMAC and line markings, sawcut and seal asphalt joints, drainage works including guided wall pipe, restoration works with topsoil and hydroseed.
Civil works for new BC Hydro Shop and admin building c/w 1200m of 250mm offsite watermain.
The work involves road reconstruction and utility upgrades including watermain, sanitary sewers and stormwater piping on approximately 650 lm of Rugged Mountain Road, 400 lm of Alpine View Road , and 200 lm of South Maquinna Road within the Village of Tahsis BC.
The work involves a new multi-use pathway, located in the traditional territories of the Tla-o-qui-aht and Yuuthlu-ilth-ath/Ucluelet First Nation. It will extend approximately 25 km from the southern to the northern boundary of the Long Beach Unit of Pacific Rim National Park Reserve. The pathway will provide Canadians with opportunities to explore the vast sandy beaches, coastal rain forest, and special areas of natural and cultural significance in the region.
This project is ongoing utill March 2024 with Invasive Species work.
