SCOPE OF THE WORK

The project scope is two main phases.

• Phase one is the construction of a 209,000m3 rock fill buttress to stabilize the existing lower slope of the landfill
• Phase two is the main landfill closure works which include site grading, installation of drainage items to collect leachate and runoff and geomembrane liner installation.
