SCOPE OF THE WORK

Civil works for a new 51 lot subdivision on a 6 Hectare site in Nanoose Bay.

Works include:

• Rock Blasting
• Mas Excavation and Fill,
• Installation of water,
• Sani, storm, and hydro/tel utilities
• Concrete Curbs
• Sidewalk and road paving

Work also involves expansion of storm water management ponds in environmentally sensitive area.
